Located just 30 miles southeast of Council Bluffs is the small and quiet town of Malvern, Iowa. However, it is far from quiet as some would say. In the heart of this small town lies a location that is every paranormal lover’s dream, that location is the haunted Malvern Manor! 

Malvern Manor is home to some of the most incredible paranormal activity caught in the Midwest! Phantom steps, shadow figures, voices, and so much more have been captured at the haunted Manor!

The Manor was built in the 1880's and served as the Cottage Hotel for a handful of years. Over the years the manor would change from a nursing home to a group home, until finally closing its doors in 2005 when the state shut it down due to complaints of patient mistreatment and its conditions! The current owner, Josh Heard, now runs it as one of Iowa's most haunted locations!

Malvern Manor never disappoints and definitely lives up to its reputation as one of the most haunted locations in Midwest! We've had some of the most incredible experiences here, from footsteps, equipment interaction, to EVP's, have all been captured at this beautiful but haunted Manor!
